The charming country house
Rogheta ancient Agostinian hermitage is now a charming country house with swimming pool (dipped into a natural reserve area) in the very heart of the etrurian Tuscany, between Volterra and the sea.
A specially "neat place" since it has been constructed with bio-compatible material and in total absence of electromagnetic fields. There are no electric pylons, and the only energy source there, consists in a modern microgenerator that produces hot water and electricity at the same time... there is no source of pollution only the wood, the breeze and Rogheta.
The rooms are built on the very principles of feng-shui, they are named after the five chinese elements, and are furnished with valuable old pieces that have been choosed and cared for by Francesco and his wife themselves... so to let you feel cuddled and cared for.
Rogheta in short
Rogheta is about 380 mq. wide and can be fully rented by families or groups up to a maximum of 18 guests.

- 6 charming bedrooms (a double room, 4 double rooms with divan bed for two in addition, one room with 3 bunk beds that can keep up to 6 people). All double beds can be separated.
- 6 bathrooms (4 furnished with shower, one with bathtub, one with no shower and no tub).
- One bathroom with shower placed in the living area.

- A wide wooden outdoor terrace with tables and chairs for 30 people, with sight on the forest and the sea
- Private park of 45 hectare
- Outdoors swimming pool (mt. 9.5 x 5.5, max depth 1.30 mt.) with external shower
- Wooden solarium with sun bed, deckchairs, beach umbrella
- Barbecue
- 6 chaises longues placed on the outdoors circular stone platform with view on the forest and the sea
- The Ancient Spring footpath, a small path that leads to an old spring sided with stone seats where meetings or little events can be arranged.
The Welcoming at the House
Francesco and Maria, the owners, will be at Rogheta exclusively on the day of Your arrival and Your leaving day, in order to prepare the house with care, welcome you and assist you.
On these days they will occupy exlusively their own room with an independent entrance, the Etrurian room on the ground floor, in order to safeguard their guests' privacy and freedom of movement.
Their presence in these clue moments will be on guarantee for everything to be in working order and every service to be availlable as required.
In case it may not be possible for the owners to be there on the appointed day to meet You, you will find to welcome You trustworthy members of the staff who- living only 5 km. nearby- will attend to your needs with the same care and love.
