The fees are all-inclusive and comprehend:
- The personal welcoming of Francesco and his wife Maria or their best staff who will be there on your arrival to see that everithing is perfect!
- Courtesy set in the rooms
- Swimming pool towels with weekly change
- Table cloth and kitchen linen with weekly change
- Kitchen with professional stove, dishwasher, owen, freezer, microwave, expresso machine (kitchenware list on request)
- Satellite plasma television
- Dvd player
- Internet wi-fi connection
- A swimming pool accessible from the end of May until middle September (weather permitting)
- Swimming pool daily maintenace
- Park and green spaces maintanance
- A tea corner with kettle and herbal teas
- Welcome kit of wood and charcoal for the stoves and the barbecue
- Board games
- Washing machine
- Ironing board and iron
- Water, gas, electricity supply: Rogheta is within a natural reserve where there are no connections with the national water and electricity network. We obtain water from an artesian well and our modern gas co-generator simultaneously produces hot water and electricity. We expect our guests the utmost respect for the environment and of course for consumption. We verified that 120 liters of water per person per day and 200 liters of gas a week covering the needs of aware guests.
For customers who exceed this level requires an extra payment of € 25 per thousand liters of water and 1.20 € per liter of gas consumed in over the extra. A thoughtful use of energy will safegurd the environment and Rogheta itself!
Rental includes the full and exclusive use of the house, the swimming pool, and the surrounding park.

Our fees do not include:
- Final cleaning 350,00
- Gas heating during low season and when is necessary: cost will be charged by cube meters (m3) with payment required on the first day.
Deposit: 850,00 euros to recover at the moment of leaving the house (obviusly after a satisfactory inspection of the house by the owners). Will be deducted from the deposit any excess of the minimum gas consumption and the purchase of local products.
Services available on request:
- A personalised catering service with possibility to have tuscan, vegan, or vegetarian cooking
- A weekly or daily cleaning service
- An extra change and supply of towels and linens
"The arrival dinner and breakfast of the house"
On the day of your arrival you may order specifically a delightful dinner based on Tuscan or vegan recepies
Moreover we can supply on demand a breakfast package of the House with local products tailored on the number and the needs of the guests (milk, tea, coffe, white and wholemeal bread, locally made jam, honey, butter, ham, cheese, home baked cakes… or whatever else you can think of).
Booking, arrival and payment conditions:
- In high season, weekly rent goes from Saturday to next Saturday:
- Check-in can be done between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm
- On leaving day, rooms must be left free by 10.00 am.
- Payment can be done by cash, by cheque,: the 25% of total price must be paid when booking, 50% must be sent 60 days before arriving day, and the rest will be settled on arrival.
- A booking can be cancelled: 60 days before arrival -25%; within 60 days of arrival -50%; within 15 days of arrival -75% of total price.
